Welcome to BrainBIOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, courses, live cohorts, and related services. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

BrainBIOS provides educational programs for software engineering, including live instructor-led cohorts, recorded courses, mentorship sessions, assignments, and related learning material. Program contents, schedules, and instructors are described on the respective course pages and may be refined over time to improve learning outcomes.

2. Accounts

• You sign in to BrainBIOS using your Google account.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information (including your name, email, and mobile number) when enrolling in a course.

3. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Your enrollment is confirmed once the payment is successfully completed.
• Prices may change between batches. The price applicable to you is the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on this website. In short: live cohort enrollments are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of enrollment.

5. Course Access and License

• Course content — including recordings, assignments, notes, and other material — is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial learning only.
• You may not share, resell, re-record, redistribute, or publicly post course content or your account access. Doing so may result in termination of access without refund.
• "Lifetime access", where offered, means access for the lifetime of the BrainBIOS platform for that course.

6. Code of Conduct

Our live sessions and communities are shared learning spaces. Harassment, abusive behaviour, spamming, or disrupting sessions is not tolerated and may result in removal from the program.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We work hard to make our programs genuinely useful, and we share mentorship, interview preparation, and career guidance in good faith. However, BrainBIOS does not guarantee job offers, placements, internships, interview calls, or any specific career or salary outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs — including the BrainBIOS name, logo, curriculum, recordings, and materials — is owned by BrainBIOS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainBIOS's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
